Since 1970, we have been offering both summer and off-season rentals at Hills Beach, Cape Porpoise, and other coastal communities in  southern  Maine.   Over the years, visitors of all ages from around the country and around the world have returned to these oceanfront communities year after year to enjoy the sandy beaches, many fine restaurants, and some of the best scenery in Maine.  Homes listed below generally rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday, and since homes are frequently booked solid in July and August we encourage you to make your reservations early to ensure that you can reserve the home of your choice, for the week of your choice.      For detailed information on each home below, click on home photo.
