DIRECTIONS WHEN HEADING NORTH ON MAINE TURNPIKE FROM SOUTH OF MAINE
DIRECTIONS HEADING NORTH ON MAINE TURNPIKE FROM SOUTH OF MAINE
Once on the Maine Turnpike take Exit 3 (Kennebunk exit). Note: you are not on the Maine Turnpike immediately after crossing the Maine/New Hampshire bridge. There is an exit 3 just prior to getting on the Maine Turnpike. If you take this one in error it is worth turning around and going back to get onto the Maine Turnpike unless you would like to head north using Route 1 (traffic can be heavy and slow depending on the season).
Take Exit 3 of the Maine Turnpike then turn left at the first intersection after the toll booth. This brings you onto Alewive Road. Go a few hundred feet and turn left again onto Fletcher Street.
Once onto Fletcher Street continue 1.3 miles to a fork in the road. Turn left at this fork to stay on Fletcher Street. Go 4/10ths of a mile to a red light at Main Street (Route 1).
Turn left on Main Street at the light then go about 100 feet to your next red light where you turn right onto Summer Street (Rt. 35).
(Note: Summer Street becomes Port Road). Go 3.5 miles (from Rt. 1) to a red light at the junction of Rt. 35 and Western Avenue (Rt. 9). Turn left at the light and you will shortly cross a small bridge where you will have entered Dock Square in Kennebunkport.
Plan on near idling your way for one block (lots of strolling shoppers) where you will then take your first right (onto Ocean Avenue) and Union Square will be the two twin buildings immediately in front of you. Cronkite Realty is located street side on the second floor in the right building.
Union Square is directly across street from the Landing Restaurant.
Parking: There is public parking behind Allisons Restaurant (located in the heart of Dock Square. Cronkite Realty is just a couple hundred feet from Allissons Restaurant.

IF YOU ARE TRAVELING ON RT. 1 FROM SOUTH OF KENNEBUNKPORT AND ARE HEADING NORTH TO KENNEBUNKPORT
From Wells on Route 1 turn right onto Route 9 (Western Avenue).
Go about 3 miles to a red light at the junction of Rt. 35 and Rt. 9. Go straight through the light and into Dock Square and continue as stated above.
IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FROM NORTH OF KENNEBUNKPORT AND ARE HEADING SOUTH VIA THE MAINE TURNPIKE (OR RT. 1)
Once on the Maine Turnpike (I-95) heading south take the Biddeford Exit (Exit 4).
At the red light just beyond the toll booth continue straight for approximately one mile to Rt. 1.
Turn right (south) on the Portland Road (Rt. 1) and continue for approximately 4 miles to a red light at the intersection of Log Cabin Road and Portland Road (Rt. 1) (Arundel Antiques will be on your left at the light).
Turn left onto Log Cabin Road and continue for 5.2 miles (Log Cabin Road turns into North Street when you cross the town line into Kennebunkport). Then turn right onto Spring Street and Ocean Avenue is the 2nd left. Allison's Restaurant (with public parking in rear) is on your right in the square.
